- Create a free account (or log in if you already have one).
- Once logged in, click on your name in the top right corner and choose ‘buy videos’.
- Buy one or multiple videos.
- Choose your preferred method of payment.
- You will directly receive your interactive video credit.
- The extra credit(s) will be added to your account no later than December 3, 2024.
- Repeat in case you want to buy more videos, and thus receive more additional videos for free.
- This promotion applies to every video/video bundle bought, with or without the additional branding/personalization.
- You can make as many transactions as you want.
- There is no limit on the amount of free videos you can apply for. Every time you buy an interactive video during the promotion period, the amount of video credits you get will be multiplied. So if you would buy three or five videos you would get six or ten instead.
- The promotion is available from Thursday, November 8, 2024, 10:00, (GMT +1) till Sunday, December 1, 2024, 23:59 (GMT+1)
- The interactive video credits you buy are valid for three years.
- The free interactive video credit(s) will be added to your account no later than December 3, 2024 (No worries, if your free credits are not visible in your account right away).
- I just purchased an interactive video, but the additional credit for the free interactive video is not yet visible in my account. Is that right?
No worries, the credits for the free videos will be added to your account by the end of the promotion period. This will be no later than Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
- Can I buy more videos than one?
Yes, you can. There is no maximum number of videos per person. The promotion will be added automatically every time.

- Are there any strings attached?
No. You pay once for an interactive video credit that is valid for three years. There are no additional costs or strings attached.
- Why do I have to create an account first?
Your videos can only be bought directly from your account. If you don’t have an account you’ll need to create one first. If you already have an account, simply log in and buy your videos.
- Do I have to use the interactive video credits right away?
No, the credits will be added to your account and will be valid for three years. That means you have plenty of time to use them.
- What is an interactive video credit?
When you buy an interactive video, a credit will be added to your account. You can use this credit to publish the interactive video you created. Once your video is published, you can share it with others. Hihaho is a Do-It-Yourself tool that allows you to create interactive videos instantly. Just add the hihaho overlay to make your video interactive. Bring your video to the next level and let your viewers actively participate. For example, add interactive chapters, create an interactive scenario, link to downloadable files online, or add a ‘buy now’ button to your video. - What is the regular price of a single interactive video?
