- Is there a limit to the amount I can buy?
No, there’s no limit. Feel free to stock up on as much Store Credit bundles and video credits as you want.
- How soon will my Store Credit be available?
Store Credit will be added to your account manually, as soon as possible after the Interactive November deal has ended. We expect this to be within a few days after closing.
- How can I use my Store Credit and video credits?
Every month we will look at what you purchased and balance it with your bought Store Credit and/or video credits.
- How long will my purchased Store Credit be valid?
Your purchased Store Credit will be valid for three years, starting from the date the Store Credit was issued to your account. - Do I need to be an official hihaho partner before being able to purchase the Store Credit?

- Can I make use of both the 1+1 deal and the Partner Exclusive deal?
Of course! Use our form for either our 1+1 deal, Store Credit deal, or both.
- How does it work with payment?
Once you have filled out the form and requested your products, we will get back to you soon with a custom invoice. Keep an eye out for an email!
- Is it possible to choose a different Store Credit bundle than the ones that are listed?
We only offer two bundles for the Store Credit:
Bundle A: Pay €250, receive €375 in Store Credit.
Bundle B: Pay €500, receive €1.000 in Store Credit.
Feel free to combine both bundles, or add multiple of the same bundle to get to your preferred Store Credit.
- What can the Store Credit be spent on?
You can use your Store Credit for purchasing interactive video credits in the future, but you can also use it for all additional options such as player branding, personalization, extra MBs, or more views.
- The prices are listed in €, but I use a different currency. How does that work?
All prices will be adjusted according to your currency.
