Today, 12-12-22, hihaho received the official management system certificate for ISO 27001 by DigiTrust. This certificate shows that hihaho takes strong security measures when it comes to all our clients’ security and privacy information. With this management system certification, clients are assured that all information will be handled with care and according to the highest safety standards.
Marco Bijl, director of DigiTrust, was the one who handed over the certificate to Mark Visser, CEO of hihaho. “Handling client data with care has always been extremely important to us”, according to Mark. “With the ISO 27001 certification, we are happy to share that we have always followed the highest standards when it comes to secure data processing and are now recognized for it. This way clients and partners alike can use the hihaho platform knowing that their digital footprint was and will be safe and secure.”
Starting 23 November 2022, hihaho is officially ISO 27001 certified. The NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 27001:2017+A11:2020 nl certificate is valid until 23 November 2025. Recertification will take place in 2025 to ensure hihaho keeps taking clients’ security and privacy serious in the future.

The ISO 27001 is an ISO Standard for cybersecurity, information security and privacy protection. For hihaho this means that all information related to development, production and sales of the Interactive Video SaaS* Platform, including training and consultancy for partners and customers, will be secured.
