Every once in a while, we’re going to tell you about the changes in hihaho. Today, we’ve got some exciting updates!
From now on, you can upload videos directly from Panopto. Panopto is a video platform specialized in recording online lectures, presentations, and meetings. They built their video platform to help universities and businesses improve the way they train, teach, and share knowledge. Now, these videos can easily be made interactive with hihaho. Just click on +New interactive video and choose Panopto.
Question interaction improved
Our development team has been very productive! They’ve also made it possible to add an image to a question, to enable you to ask questions about pictures. For the best result, choose a transparent background for your image (usually a .PNG image).
Furthermore, you can let the question interaction fade in and fade out for a smoother transition. And because we think you probably prefer this, we’ve already set this option on default. Go to the tab ‘Advanced’ if you’d like to disable this feature anyway.
Other changes
The “fade in” option has also been added to these interactions: the Image, Pause Screen, Scroll text, Highlight, Question, and Rating Interaction. It was already available for the Text Interaction.
Furthermore, we’ve added Mandarin as a new studio language. With “studio” I mean all the text that you’ll see after you log in to hihaho. In the next two weeks, Russian will also be added as a studio language! Hooray!
Try hihaho for free for as long as you want
Before, you could try hihaho for free for two weeks. This has changed. If you’ve created an account around the 28th of September, 2020, you can try hihaho for free as long as you want! You only pay when you publish a video. You can click here if you’d like to know more about this. We hope this gives you time to discover more of hihaho’s features and possibilities!
Did you create an account before the 28th of September, but would you like to have the option to try hihaho longer as well? Just send a message to info@hihaho.com.
That’s it for today. See you next time!
